With the maple leaves red amidst an autumn full of gold, October is Canada’s most beautiful travel season. Two officials from China arrive in Toronto for a private visit. Deputy Section Chief Wang has been a deputy for five years and yearns for a promotion. All he needs is a nod from Commissioner Qiu for his dream to come true. He decides to grab this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to pamper his superior. Wang spends big money to buy a limited edition Rolex as a gift to the commissioner.

A situation happens during the tour and the careless Wang leaves with an identical bag as the one holding the Rolex, while his gift is left behind at the incident booth. When the exuberant deputy section chief presents the commissioner with the Rolex-less bag, the ensuing moments take an unexpected turn…
